Get in touch

Before you write in

Many questions are already answered on our FAQ page or the how it works page, including how accuracy and rounding are handled. If your question is about a specific result, feel free to include the exact numbers you entered so we can check them quickly.

A message about a calculation that looks wrong is the most useful thing you can send us. Tell us which mode or tab you were on, the values you entered, and the result you got, and we will run it back against the documented formula. Most of the time it turns out to be a mismatched unit, but occasionally someone finds a real edge case, and we would much rather hear about it.

Support hours

SolidWords does not have live chat or phone support, but a small team reads and answers every message, usually within one business day on weekdays. Nothing is filtered through a ticketing system or an automated reply first.
